Transparent pricing deserves a transparent refund conversation. Until the owner publishes a detailed policy, refunds are handled in writing at the time of order rather than as a marketing slogan.
What is published now
The Premium Box is a hardware-plus-installation-plus-subscription package. Subscription-only plans are time-based. Because those products are different, refund rules may differ. Ask before you pay if you need certainty.
What this page will not invent
We do not publish a fake “100% money-back guarantee”, a hidden restocking fee, or a cooling-off period that has not been approved by the business. When a complete policy is verified, it should replace this holding text.
