Do I need installation?
If you buy the Premium Linux IPTV Box, professional installation is included in the AED 1,050 package. If you only buy a subscription for a compatible device you already own, an installation visit is not automatically included.
What the visit includes
The installer places the box with your television, connects power and HDMI, joins the home network, and walks through everyday navigation. Unusual wall-mount carpentry or new in-wall cabling is not silently included; raise special work in the enquiry.
What we need on site
A working television, a free HDMI input, power, and home internet. Building access instructions matter in managed towers. Someone from the household should be present.
The visit, step by step
Enquiry, emirate confirmation, appointment, building access, television and HDMI preparation, network check, box placement, first-run configuration, customer walkthrough, then support after setup. That is the sequence. It is included with the Premium Box.
Subscription-only customers do not automatically receive a visit. If you need one, say so. Unusual carpentry is not assumed.
